About the role

A Senior DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure in web, mobile and software development. They bridge the gap between development and operations by automating workflows, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring system reliability in cloud.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment
• CI/CD Pipeline (Azure, Aws, Hostinger, Godaddy)
• Monitoring, Logging & Performance
• Security & Compliance
• GIT and Bitbucket Branches management
• Source Code Security and scalability
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Data backup and Storage Management

Position Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science a related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in cloud and devops operations management.

Goals / KPIs

KPI 1: Complete the story points of project based as per sprint

KPI 2: Total Number of tickets allocation for sprint wise (10 to 12 tickets)

KPI 3: Complete story points per sprint (30 Sp)

KPI 4: Completion of Tickets per sprint

KPI 5: Reopen average of tickets

KPI 6: Bugs reported

KPI 7: Code Quality Standard
