Role Overview

The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for architecting, automating, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system reliability. This role requires expertise in modern DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and enterprise-grade security to support mission-critical financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD pipeline management: Design, implement, and optimize continuous integration and deployment workflows.
• Cloud infrastructure: Manage and scale systems across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automation: Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitoring & reliability: Implement observability tools to ensure system uptime and performance.
• Security compliance: Enforce enterprise security standards and best practices.
• Collaboration: Partner with developers, architects, and business teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Performance optimization: Continuously improve deployment speed, scalability, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of DevOps security and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP DevOps, Kubernetes, or security certifications) are highly desirable.
