Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to align DevOps practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain automated deployment pipelines for scalable applications.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automation: Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Monitoring & Logging: Deploy observability solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Collaboration: Partner with developers, QA, and operations teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of DevOps experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps frameworks and GCC digital environments.
• Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional technology organizations preferred.

Pay: RO1,500.000 - RO2,200.000 per month
