Job Overview

CEC-AWB Qatar is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to support infrastructure automation, cloud operations, and continuous integration and deployment initiatives. This role is ideal for a technology professional with strong expertise in DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and system reliability engineering.

The Senior DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing development workflows, enhancing infrastructure performance, and ensuring scalable and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, and monitoring tools.
• Support system scalability, reliability, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve workflows.
• Implement security best practices and infrastructure compliance measures.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Manage containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline operations.
• Maintain documentation and support operational improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in DevOps engineering or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools, cloud platforms, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
