Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead infrastructure automation, oversee CI/CD pipelines, and align DevOps practices with organizational goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver robust solutions that support growth and long-term competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Automation: Design and implement automated infrastructure solutions using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Cloud Platforms: Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Monitoring & Logging: Implement observability solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Collaboration: Partner with developers, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of containerization, microservices, and serverless computing.
• Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of DevOps experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps frameworks and GCC digital environments.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and cloud-native applications.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: KD1,200.000 - KD1,800.000 per month
