About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer Concultant to serve as the technical face of our company during client engagements, interviews, consultations, and infrastructure onboarding.

In this strategic pre-sales role, you’ll represent the DevOps function — advising clients on scalable infrastructure, automation, cloud deployments, and security. You’ll participate in early-stage discussions, influence architecture decisions, and ensure a seamless handoff to our internal DevOps and engineering teams after project acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and lead technical interviews and secure jobs.
• Represent the company as a senior DevOps expert, advising on cloud infrastructure, automation strategies, and deployment pipelines.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure solutions.
• Confidently explain infrastructure architecture, cloud strategies, and DevOps best practices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Answer in-depth technical questions and provide architectural guidance during client interviews and pre-sales discussions.
• Support proposal development with technical insights, infrastructure planning, cost estimation, and toolchain recommendations.
• Oversee knowledge transfer and alignment between clients and our delivery team during project onboarding.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 9 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Deep experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP).
• Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi) and configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE).
• Familiarity with system monitoring, observability, and incident response using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, scalability, and high availability.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English — with the ability to clearly articulate solutions, handle objections, and build trust in client-facing environments.
• Confident presenter, comfortable with international clients and enterprise stakeholders.

• Consultant joins client interviews, pre-sales calls, and discovery workshops to lead DevOps/infrastructure discussions.
