Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Azure Expert) – 13+ Years Experience Required

Remote Role | UK-Based Clients (UK Working Hours Preferred)

We are looking for a highly experienced DevSecOps Engineer with 13+ years of expertise in cloud security, automation, Azure platforms, and modern DevSecOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Platform Deployments:
• Design and implement secure Azure cloud services.
• Ensure adherence to architectural & security best practices.

Cloud Security:

• Enhance Azure security using Sentinel, RBAC, PIM.
• Automate threat detection, alerts, and incident response.

Automation & IaC:

• Build and manage Terraform modules for cloud automation.
• Integrate governance & compliance into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).

Identity & Access Management:

• Automate Azure Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Enforce least-privilege access using RBAC & PIM.

Networking & Security:

• Design secure Azure network architectures (VNets, NSGs, Firewalls).
• Automate and monitor cloud network configurations.

DevSecOps:

• Embed security into CI/CD with vulnerability scanning.
• Promote DevSecOps best practices across teams.

Monitoring & Reporting :

• Optimize Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Sentinel.
• Create automated alerts and custom dashboards.

Key Qualifications :

• Expert in Azure Entra ID, RBAC, PIM, Azure Policy, Azure Monitor & PaaS services.
• Hands-on with Azure Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR).
• Advanced Terraform experience (modules, state mgmt).
• Strong Azure DevOps pipeline expertise.
• Solid understanding of VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Firewalls, App Gateways.
• Knowledge of CIS, NIST, ISO 27001.
• Automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Experience with container security & AKS.
