We are hiring a Senior Dietitian with strong experience in managing clients through app-based or online weight loss programs. This role goes beyond routine diet chart creation — it requires digital adaptability, client engagement, and complete ownership of client results.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned clients via our app-based platform
• Create personalized and sustainable diet plans
• Monitor progress using app data, dashboards, and reports
• Conduct regular follow-ups (chat, calls, video consultations)
• Improve client adherence, motivation, and measurable outcomes
• Coordinate with doctors, health coaches, and sales teams
• Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and success stories
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
• 4–5 years of experience in online/app-based weight loss programs (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Indian dietary patterns and lifestyle habits
• Comfortable using digital platforms, apps, trackers, and CRM systems
• Excellent counselling and motivational skills
• Ethical, practical, and result-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills (Hindi + English preferred)
