Radar Hire is seeking an elite-level Digital Advertising Strategist to lead high-budget, high-impact campaigns across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and programmatic platforms. This isn’t just another media buyer role—we’re looking for a strategic operator, a performance-obsessed optimizer, and a data-fluent advertising expert who has owned $1M+ campaigns and consistently driven measurable ROI.
You’ll be joining a mission-driven team preparing to launch one of the largest digital ad campaigns in the company’s history. This role demands precision, creativity, discipline, and a deep understanding of advertising in highly regulated verticals like healthcare. You must be comfortable owning every phase of the campaign lifecycle—from planning and execution to optimization and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms
- Manage large and variable budgets across multiple clients, business lines, and markets
- Develop campaign strategies tailored to healthcare (or regulated industries), factoring in compliance, patient journey, and sensitive ad restrictions
- Create and optimize ad copy, targeting, and creative combinations for measurable outcomes such as appointment bookings and lead submissions.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the creative and client teams.
- Implement tracking and conversion setups (including Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and pixel management) to ensure accurate data flow.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-backed changes to drive performance gains
- Monitor real-time performance data and translate insights into clear, proactive recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, content, and strategy teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and advertising trends—Google, Meta, Microsoft, and emerging ad tech—and proactively adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and present data-backed recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
What You Bring
- 5–7+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, preferably in an agency or high-stakes environment
- Experience with the healthcare vertical—familiar with HIPAA-compliant advertising and medical-specific ad policies.
- Proven experience managing $1M+ in ad spend across channels
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and familiarity with programmatic DSPs
- Fluency in ad analytics, performance attribution, and optimization techniques
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixel tracking, and conversion flow setup
- Extensive experience working in healthcare or highly regulated industries—with an understanding of HIPAA-compliant ad practices and ad policy limitations
- Strong data interpretation and reporting skills—able to transform insights into strategy, and comfort translating data into strategic decisions
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative, technical, and client-facing teams
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and proactive—comfortable operating independently and driving results without micromanagement
Nice to Have
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant platforms or privacy-safe ad strategies
- Familiarity with healthcare CRM integrations and patient journey tracking
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet modeling, Looker Studio, or BI dashboards
- Ability to oversee or advise on creative direction based on ad performance insights

- Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8 hours per day
- Aligned with U.S. business hours
