Senior Digital Designer (Marketing)

The Opportunity

OES is on the lookout for a Senior Digital Designer to help shape the future of our in house creative capability. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our creative output across paid and organic channels. From Meta to TikTok, YouTube to LinkedIn, you'll craft platform fit assets that drive impact across the entire marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.

This is a hands on, strategic role where you'll:

• Lead the creation of high performing digital assets (static, motion, UGC style, short form video)
• Translate campaign briefs into compelling creative executions
• Mentor junior designers and elevate our design standards
• Collaborate across Marketing, Performance Media, Learning Design, and Content teams
• Contribute to creative testing, optimisation, innovation, and the student experience

About You

• 5+ years' experience in digital design, ideally in performance marketing or agency settings
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
• Strong motion design and video editing skills
• Deep understanding of full funnel creative strategy
• A collaborative mindset and mentoring experience
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
