Job Description
King of the Curve is building a top-tier digital experience centered around avatar-based immersive environments. This project is designed to simulate real-world professional contexts with a high degree of realism, polish, and intentionality. The goal is not gamification or novelty, but a credible, production-quality digital environment used by serious audiences.
We are seeking a Senior Digital Experience Designer to help design and shape this environment from the ground up. This role requires strong taste, technical fluency, and the ability to translate abstract concepts—such as responsibility, decision-making, pressure, and presence—into a cohesive digital experience.
This is a project-based, senior-level engagement. We are intentionally selective and expect a high standard of work.

- Define and execute the visual and experiential direction of the product
- Create intuitive interaction flows that simulate real-world contexts and decision-making
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product leadership on feasibility and implementation
- Translate abstract concepts into clear visual and interaction systems
- Iterate designs based on structured feedback and testing
- Ensure consistency, realism, and polish across all design elements
- Contribute to design systems, asset libraries, and experience guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in digital experience design, UX/UI, immersive environments, simulation, or interactive systems
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity, immersive, or avatar-based work
- Proven ability to design experiences that feel serious, grounded, and realistic
- Strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and user psychology
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality
- Clear communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with 3D environments or real-time engines (Unreal, Unity, WebGL, etc.)
- Background in gaming, film, simulation, or training systems
- Experience designing for professional or high-stakes user audiences
- Familiarity with avatar systems, digital twins, or role-based simulations
