Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing with proven expertise in Dubai real estate marketing.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in generating qualified real estate leads, managing advertising budgets, optimizing campaigns, and delivering measurable ROI.

This is a senior-level position requiring deep market understanding, technical expertise, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for off-plan and secondary projects
• Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other platforms
• Implement retargeting and funnel strategies
• Optimize campaigns to maintain competitive cost per lead (CPL)

Real Estate Portal Management

• Manage Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle listings
• Optimize featured and premium listings
• Track portal ROI and improve lead quality

CRM & Automation

• Manage CRM systems (Bitrix, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Set up lead routing and automation workflows
• Integrate WhatsApp API and email marketing systems

SEO & Website Optimization

• Implement technical SEO strategies
• Optimize landing pages for conversion
• Ensure GA4, Meta Pixel, and tracking systems are properly configured

Reporting & Analytics

• Monitor campaign performance
• Prepare detailed monthly performance reports
• Track ROI per project
• Improve conversion performance continuously

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years Dubai real estate digital marketing experience
• Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Proven ability to generate 300+ qualified leads per month
• Experience managing marketing budgets
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Results-driven mindset
