Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Campaign Management: Lead and optimize campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to track performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments like sales, product, and design to ensure a cohesive brand message and strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.

Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is typically required.

Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), marketing automation, and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads).

Soft Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical abilities, communication skills, and project management capabilities.
