Senior Digital Marketing Executive (YouTube & Social)

We’re hiring a results-driven digital marketer to lead our YouTube channel and social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Channels). You’ll own strategy, content calendars, publishing, basic ads, and analytics, working with content/design teams to grow reach, engagement, and subscribers.

Responsibilities (summary)

• Plan and run YouTube end-to-end: SEO, thumbnails/titles, playlists, Shorts, Lives.
• Manage multi-platform social content and community responses.
• Launch growth campaigns and basic paid ads; A/B test creatives.
• Coordinate scripts, basic edits, and thumbnails; maintain brand voice and platform compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing with proven YouTube growth.
• Comfortable with YouTube Studio/Analytics, Meta Business Suite; basic Canva/CapCut.
• Strong copywriting (hooks, titles, captions) and project management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
