Senior Manager – Digital Marketing (360°)
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute 360-degree digital marketing strategies. The role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on execution, client management experience, and expertise across social media, SEO, paid media, and digital growth initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives
- Plan and manage integrated campaigns across SEO, social media, paid ads, content, and performance marketing
- Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitors to drive growth
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional digital marketing team
- Allocate tasks, set KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team training
Client Handling
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable strategies
- Present strategies, reports, and performance insights to clients
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationships
Social Media Management
- Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution
- Manage brand presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Track engagement, reach, and conversions to optimize performance
SEO & Performance Marketing
- Lead SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
- Oversee keyword research, content optimization, and ranking improvement
- Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with ROI focus
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards
- Prepare detailed performance reports and optimization plans
- Use data-driven insights to improve conversions and ROI
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a 360° role
- Proven experience in team leadership and client management
- Strong expertise in SEO, social media, paid media, and performance marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with agencies or multiple clients is a plus
Tools & Platforms
- Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
