Job Title

Senior Manager – Digital Marketing (360°)

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute 360-degree digital marketing strategies. The role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on execution, client management experience, and expertise across social media, SEO, paid media, and digital growth initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business and client objectives
  • Plan and manage integrated campaigns across SEO, social media, paid ads, content, and performance marketing
  • Analyze market trends, audience behavior, and competitors to drive growth

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional digital marketing team
  • Allocate tasks, set KPIs, and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and team training

Client Handling

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Present strategies, reports, and performance insights to clients
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term relationships

Social Media Management

  • Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution
  • Manage brand presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Track engagement, reach, and conversions to optimize performance

SEO & Performance Marketing

  • Lead SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
  • Oversee keyword research, content optimization, and ranking improvement
  • Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with ROI focus

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and optimization plans
  • Use data-driven insights to improve conversions and ROI

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a 360° role
  • Proven experience in team leadership and client management
  • Strong expertise in SEO, social media, paid media, and performance marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with agencies or multiple clients is a plus

Tools & Platforms

  • Google Analytics, Google Search Console
  • Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  • Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout, Buffer, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
