Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Meraki Aesthetics is looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in performance marketing to lead and execute our digital growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in driving leads, improving brand visibility, and optimizing campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO

Manage SEO-based keywords, local SEO, citations, and listings for better online visibility

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights

Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, doctors, management) for smooth project execution

Work on digital marketing projects end-to-end with timely delivery

Track ROI, lead quality, and conversion metrics

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm updates

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing

Proven expertise in SEO, keyword strategy, citations, and paid marketing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and team coordination abilities

Experience in healthcare/aesthetics industry is an added advantage
