Key responsibilities include strategy, team leadership, budget control, campaign oversight (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), performance analytics, and aligning digital efforts with broader business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business goals, including market analysis, forecasting, and budget allocation.
- Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end execution for PPC (Google Ads), social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn), programmatic, and other paid channels, focusing on optimization.
- Budget & Performance: Manage significant media spend, track KPIs, analyze campaign data (GA4, Looker Studio), and report on ROI to stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and motivate internal teams or external agencies/freelancers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with content, design, sales, and product teams to create cohesive campaigns and deliver assets.
- Optimization: Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and implementing best practices.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in paid media management (5-7+ years) and leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms, SEO, CRM/Marketing Automation (HubSpot), and analytics tools.
