As our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the digital engine that drives traffic, leads, and customer growth. You’ll balance data‑driven strategy with creative execution across search, email, social, and marketing automation, while also partnering closely with your team to seamlessly connect online and offline initiatives. Your ultimate mission: grow, inspire, and lead an exceptional team, ensuring every campaign shows up in the right places, at the right time, with one cohesive voice.

No two days are the same, but here’s a glimpse of how your day might unfold:

Morning: You start the day by checking performance dashboards for search, email, SEO, and paid social, spotting trends and opportunities before your first coffee is cold.
Mid‑Morning: You optimize paid search campaigns, tweak keywords, and test new ad copy to improve conversion rates while keeping CPC in check.
Late Morning: You review an email campaign’s A/B test results in HubSpot, implement learnings, and map out the next automation flow to nurture prospects into customers.
Afternoon: You collaborate with teammates on content ideas, social strategy, upcoming promotions, and campaign timing, then jump into SEMRush to do SEO research on the next big idea.
Later Afternoon: You analyze performance and prep insights for stakeholders, translating metrics into clear recommendations and next steps.
Wrap‑Up: You end the day knowing you’ve helped drive growth, improve performance, and make the marketing engine more powerful than it was yesterday.

Your Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or closely related
7+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience; bonus points if you’ve learned the ropes in eCommerce or online retail
2+ years as a proven people‑first leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing high‑performing teams
Strategic marketer who can own the digital roadmap, align initiatives to business goals, and lead integrated online and offline execution
Hands‑on experience leading SEO and AEO with tools like SEMrush to boost visibility across traditional and answer‑based search
Comfortable running paid search and paid social campaigns that don’t just spend money, they earn it
Fluent in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google My Business (you know your way around a dashboard)
An email marketing guru who can own the full journey: strategy, segmentation, testing, and performance reporting
Experience leveraging and maintaining marketing automation platforms, HubSpot experience earns extra credit
Naturally data‑driven, with a knack for turning numbers into insights that move the needle
A clear, confident communicator who enjoys collaborating, brainstorming, and making great work happen together
