Our team uses Claude and Claude Cowork daily to build strategies, automate reporting, and deliver higher-quality work faster. We're looking for someone who shares that conviction: an AI-forward marketer who doesn't just keep up with the shift but wants to help lead it.
The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager is a player-coach, both a client-facing strategist and a hands-on practitioner. This role owns Paid and Organic digital marketing, ensuring seamless collaboration across channels. You'll deliver presentations, performance updates, and growth recommendations to clients, while driving operational efficiency, AI-enabled automation, QAQC, and profitability across the Digital Studio.
Functional ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Client Leadership
- Serve as the primary digital strategist for 4 accounts, setting channel strategies (SEO, GEO, paid, content) tied to MQLs, SQLs, and revenue goals.
- Lead client-facing presentations, performance reviews, and roadmap updates, translating campaign data into business insights.
- Confidently represent Mabbly's AI-forward point of view to clients, including how AI search (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, AI Overviews) is reshaping organic visibility and what it means for their strategy.
- Partner with Brand, Product, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment across messaging, creative, and web builds.
Team Management & Delivery
- Oversee day-to-day execution of Paid Lead and Organic Lead, ensuring campaigns are on time, high-quality, and aligned to client KPIs.
- Stay hands-on: build and manage campaigns directly in Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn when needed, this is not a delegate-only role.
- Support team members with campaign planning, QAQC, and troubleshooting both in-person and remotely.
- Manage freelance resources (technical SEO, CRO, or other specialized needs).
- Coach team members, fostering growth in digital best practices, AI tool adoption, client communication, and analytical thinking.
AI, Automation & Process Improvement
- Use Claude, Claude Cowork, and other AI tools daily to accelerate research, strategy development, reporting, and campaign analysis.
- Help build, train, and improve Mabbly's internal AI agents (e.g., automated account health monitoring and weekly performance summaries).
- Identify workflows ripe for automation, reporting, audits, QAQC, competitive research and implement AI-driven solutions that free the team for higher-value work.
- Establish and maintain QAQC processes for dashboards, reporting, and client deliverables.
- Conduct pulse checks between reporting cycles, recommending optimizations proactively.
QualificationsLeadership & Strategic Requirements
- 6–10+ years in digital marketing with hands-on expertise across SEO, paid media, and analytics.
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams and client relationships, ideally in an agency setting.
- Proven ability to present strategy and performance to executives and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect campaign data to pipeline and revenue impact.
- Demonstrated AI fluency: you actively use LLM-based tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) in your daily workflow and can point to concrete efficiency or quality gains. Experience with Claude Cowork, Claude Code, MCPs, or building AI agents/automations is a strong plus.
- Genuine curiosity about where AI is taking the agency model — and the drive to experiment, test, and adopt rather than wait.
Tactical / Tool Proficiency
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) — audience setup, campaign optimization, and reporting.
- Paid social platforms: LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram); Pinterest and programmatic (StackAdapt) experience a plus.
- SEO stack: Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs (Screaming Frog a plus).
- GEO/AEO familiarity: understanding of how to measure and improve brand visibility in AI-generated answers.
- GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager for tracking and reporting.
- AI toolkit: hands-on experience with Claude/Claude Cowork or comparable tools for research, content, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Strong data interpretation and reporting skills, able to distill insights for both internal teams and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
