Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Google Ads, Meta Ads & Web Development) – Lahore

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Dharampura, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads), Web Development, and Video Editing.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to drive measurable growth, leads, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategies

Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

Create and scale high-converting Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, ROAS & CPC

Manage website development and landing page optimization (WordPress preferred)

Implement SEO (On-Page & Off-Page) best practices

Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Meta Business Suite

Create engaging ad creatives and handle basic to advanced video editing

Generate performance reports and provide data-driven insights

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing

Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads Campaign Management

Experience in Web Development and Website Optimization

Solid understanding of SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)

Strong analytical mindset with performance marketing knowledge

Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently
