Job Description

We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager to manage and deliver multiple digital marketing projects in a fast-paced, remote environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience managing digital marketing teams and campaigns.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing digital marketing projects while ensuring timelines, quality standards, and performance goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end digital marketing projects across SEO, PPC, social media, email, content, and web
• Lead and coordinate remote cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, content)
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients
• Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and quality standards
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular progress and performance reports
• Improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Project Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and execution
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams remotely
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with project management tools (Clickup, Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency or international client experience
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and paid advertising platforms
• Project management or Agile/Scrum certification

Salary & Compensation

• Base Salary: PKR 150,000 – 200,000 per month (based on experience)
• Commission: Performance-based commissions tied to project success and revenue goals
