Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Lead Management:

Oversee CRM systems to manage and nurture leads effectively across the entire customer lifecycle.

Develop segmentation strategies and personalized campaigns to improve conversion rates.
Email Marketing & Segmentation:

Design and execute targeted email campaigns based on audience segments, lifecycle stages, and behavioral triggers.

Implement A/B testing and optimize email performance for engagement and conversions.
Search & Paid Media:

Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video) to maximize ROI.

Implement SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO to improve organic visibility.
AI-Powered SEO & Web Ranking Optimization:

Utilize AI-driven tools to improve search engine rankings through advanced keyword strategies, automated audits, and predictive analytics.

Implement content optimization techniques to enhance organic visibility and user engagement.
Customer Journey Optimization:

Map and analyze customer touchpoints to create seamless, engaging experiences.

Implement strategies that enhance retention and loyalty through data-driven insights.
Marketing Tool Integration:

Integrate marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM for unified workflows.

Ensure smooth interoperability between digital tools for campaign efficiency.
AI & Emerging Technologies:

Leverage AI tools for predictive analytics, personalization, and automated content generation.

Explore virtual and immersive experiences to enhance brand engagement.
ABM & Landing Page Strategy:

Develop account-based marketing campaigns with personalized landing pages.
-
Optimize landing pages for conversion using dynamic content and interactive elements.
Performance Analysis:

Monitor KPIs across channels, optimize campaigns, and report actionable insights to stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
–8 years in digital marketing with expertise in CRM, email marketing, Google Ads, SEO, and AI-powered optimization.

Strong knowledge of segmentation strategies and marketing automation platforms.

Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools and virtual experience technologies.

Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI) and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience in B2B technology or manufacturing sectors.

Familiarity with AR/VR platforms and advanced personalization strategies.
