Role & responsibilities
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
- Develop and implement ROI-driven lead generation strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
- Track the full lead lifecycle from acquisition to conversion, ensuring quality and volume targets are met.
- Run targeted campaigns for B2B lead funnels.
SEO & Website Management
- Improve organic ranking and traffic through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Optimize landing pages for higher conversions (A/B testing, user journey improvement).
Content & Email Marketing
- Create engaging digital content (blogs, ads, landing pages, emailers) aligned with campaign objectives.
- Run email & WhatsApp automation workflows using CRM tools for lead nurturing.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM dashboards, etc.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Social Media & Brand Visibility
- Manage paid and organic social media presence to support lead-gen objectives.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and videos.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 58 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and reporting.
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
