JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be an instrumental part of the team tasked with building digital marketing strategies that attract, nurture, and ultimately convert. Reporting to the EVP Chief Brand Officer, the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on the planning and execution of member-facing channels, search-engine optimization, as well as measurement and reporting of these activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Enhance credit union’s website with updated content and graphics, create landing pages, enhance navigation for intuitiveness, and optimize for the member experience.

Ø Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to optimize website effectiveness.

Ø Monitor and analyze site traffic and user behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Ø Lead the Digital Onboarding marketing automation initiatives, creating always-on email nurture campaigns.

Ø Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools to create marketing assets for usage on internal and external marketing channels.

Ø Develop and use UTM tracking, measure and report on marketing activities and website performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

Ø Monitor member feedback channels such as online reviews, mobile app reviews, and Voice of the Member survey program. Share with internal stakeholders and respond to feedback.

Ø Develop content for publishing on social media to educate and engage our followers; research and develop social media strategies to grow followers.

Ø Assist with publishing new content or editing content as needed for company intranet.

Ø Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables.

Ø Other projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ø Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, media studies or related field.

Ø Minimum of 3–5 years of SEO experience and experience with website analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMRush.

Ø Strong understanding of on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, link building, and content strategy.

Ø Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.

Ø Knowledge of HTML CSS, and JavaScript.

Ø Experience with CMS platforms like Canvas, Kontent, Craft, ExpressEngine, or WordPress.

Ø Experience with managing and optimizing business listings such as Google Business Profile and Yelp.

Ø Experience using email platforms like MailChimp, Constant Contact, Digital Onboarding, HubSpot, or Emfluence.

Ø Excellent analytical, problem solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Full-time position, requiring overtime as needed during special projects or peak periods.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
