Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, SMO, SME, lead generation, and email marketing, along with proven experience in handling and mentoring a team. You will be responsible for driving online visibility, generating qualified leads, and improving overall digital performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Oversee SEO activities including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Manage SMO and social media campaigns to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms.
• Handle SME activities including campaign planning, budgeting, and performance optimization.
• Design and execute lead generation campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Coordinate with sales and other internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SMO, SME, lead generation, and email marketing.
• Proven experience in handling and mentoring a digital marketing team.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, and other marketing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
