Objective

Job Description

• You will be responsible for managing and optimizing BG Group’s online visibility across search engines and digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO strategies, Google Ads, social media advertising, and digital analytics to enhance lead generation and brand awareness.
• A good understanding of AI automation tools is preferred, as these skills will support integrated marketing strategies and performance optimization.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Creating, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Managing the advertising budget and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
• Writing ad copy, selecting target audiences, and testing different ads.
• Tracking campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Reporting on key metrics like traffic, leads, sales, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Using data to make decisions and improving results for both SEO and paid ads.
• Optimizing website content and technical setup to rank higher on Google.
• Researching keywords and analyzing competitor strategies.
• Building quality backlinks from other websites.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush) and Google Analytics.
• Hands-on experience running paid social and search campaigns.
• Ability to analyze data and manage budgets.
