Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Signage Systems Engineer to join our growing team.

This role focuses on supporting and troubleshooting digital signage hardware platforms, validating device compatibility, investigating complex technical issues, and serving as an internal subject matter expert for deployment technologies including BrightSign, Crestron, Windows, and Android platforms.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving challenging technical problems, working directly with customers and internal teams, and developing deep expertise in hardware, firmware, networking, and enterprise deployment environments.

This position offers the opportunity to become a key technical resource within a fast-growing software company serving enterprise clients across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for BrightSign platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex BrightSign player issues.
• Validate firmware compatibility across supported player models.
• Support customer deployments and escalated technical issues.
• Maintain hardware compatibility documentation.
• Support Crestron, Windows, Android, and related deployment platforms.
• Manage internal hardware testing and validation processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and diagnose platform-specific issues.
• Participate in customer technical discussions when hardware expertise is required.
• Assist with technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge base articles.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical support, systems engineering, AV engineering, digital signage, or related experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with networking fundamentals.
• Experience supporting hardware devices in enterprise environments.
• Ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BrightSign experience strongly preferred.
• Crestron experience preferred.
• Digital signage industry experience.
• AV systems experience.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and enterprise integrations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
