Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Digital Solution Designer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade digital solutions in the banking domain. The role involves translating complex business requirements into robust technical architectures aligned with enterprise standards and digital transformation goals.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring strong expertise in solution architecture, full-stack systems, enterprise integration, and banking technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise digital banking initiatives
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical architectures
• Define and design API-based, microservices-driven architectures
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Architecture, Development, and QA teams
• Drive architecture governance, design standards, and best practices
• Identify risks and define mitigation strategies for solution delivery
• Create detailed architecture documentation and solution blueprints
• Support delivery teams during implementation, testing, and deployment phases
• Evaluate new technologies and drive innovation in digital banking solutions
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical excellence and knowledge sharing
