Pannos Marketing is looking for a Senior Digital Strategist to join our Media team! If you thrive on turning data and insights into smart, results-driven marketing strategies, this role is for you. You’ll lead the development and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns — from paid to organic — that help our financial clients achieve real growth. As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate across teams to connect business goals with impactful digital strategies that drive measurable success.

What You’ll Do:

Digital Campaign Management

  • Manage all aspects of search, display, and social media campaigns, including:
  • Keyword research
  • Budget planning
  • Campaign strategy, structure, buildout, and execution
  • Search ad development
  • Testing and ongoing optimizations
  • Tracking and analytics
  • Ongoing bid and budget management
  • Reporting to relevant stakeholders both internally and externally

Strategic Leadership & Optimization

  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams on a day-to-day basis.
  • May mentor or provide strategic direction to Digital Media Strategists, Digital Media Specialists, and Digital Media Coordinators.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of accounts to develop key insights and build actionable plans for clients on campaign performance.
  • Analyze the full user journey and provide strategic direction on landing page and conversion rate optimization.
  • Develop digital marketing roadmaps.
  • Provide strategic guidance on content strategy and implement marketing automation initiatives.
  • Conduct market, keyword and media research as part of the proposal and planning process.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide a recommendation for adoption where appropriate.
  • Claiming and management of client businesses on local search sites (Google My Business, Yelp, etc.)

What You Bring:

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or media strategy with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-channel campaigns (including search, display, and social media campaigns).
  • Proven ability to translate business goals into digital strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Solid understanding on how best to structure an entirely new campaign or restructure an existing one for improved results.
  • Experience managing or mentoring other strategists or specialists preferred.
  • Agency or financial services skills preferred, but not required.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Salesforce (or similar CRM/automation tools).
  • Understanding fundamentals of search engine optimization (SEO), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience.
  • Familiarity working with a range of programmatic advertising platforms to plan, execute, and optimize data-driven campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of all aspects of digital marketing including content, email, automation and personalization.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) and marketing attribution models.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm about the digital marketing field and an eagerness to keep up with the latest trends and techniques.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to varying client industries, landscapes, technological limitations, and budgets.
