Overview
Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) is seeking a Senior Director for the Advocacy and Strategic Alliances (herein, Alliance) team. The Senior Director will support the federal team’s broad alliance development efforts while concentrating on grassroots campaign strategies for PhRMA priority areas.
The Senior Director will report to the Deputy Vice President, Advocacy and Strategic Alliances and will work closely with state and federal ASA staff and colleagues across PhRMA. The Senior Director will support the development and implementation of campaigns and strategies that impact the biopharmaceutical public policy debate.

Accordingly, the successful candidate should be adaptable, able to reprioritize and shift gears quickly, comfortable in a high-pressure environment and be politically savvy, diplomatic, responsive, and mature.

Potential Salary
$141,100 – $196,600 per annum. Salary is commensurate with experience and other compensable factors.
