At KBP, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Director, HRIS to lead the strategic and operational vision of our HR technology landscape. This leader will play a key role in shaping the future of our HR systems, with a strong emphasis on Workday optimization, data integrity, and team leadership. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and IT partners to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and empower people across our organization.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the strategic roadmap for HR technology, ensuring alignment with company goals and HR priorities.
Serve as the functional and technical expert for Workday, overseeing configuration, security, integrations, and reporting.
Drive system optimization, new module implementations, and release management with hands-on involvement.
Establish governance frameworks for prioritization, intake, and change control processes.
Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to manage dependencies, integrations, and data flows across systems.
Oversee system data integrity, role-based access, audit controls, and compliance requirements.
Build and develop a high-performing HRIS team through mentorship, development planning, and succession management.
Manage external vendor relationships and ensure successful project delivery from ideation through optimization.
Provide advanced analytics, dashboards, and insights to support executive decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of progressive HRIS or HR Technology experience, including deep Workday expertise across multiple modules.
5+ years of leadership experience managing HRIS teams or large-scale technology initiatives.
Extensive hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes, calculated fields, and condition rules.
Proven success leading system implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.
Strong understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and audit practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
Preferred: Workday certifications (HCM, Integrations, or Reporting) and exposure to emerging HR technologies such as automation or AI.
