We are looking for a Senior Director of Academic Programs (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our academic vision, curriculum strategy, and institutional excellence. This is more than managing educational programs—you will define academic direction, elevate learning outcomes, and shape the educational experience across multiple disciplines and learning pathways.

You will lead a talented team of academic leaders, curriculum specialists, and faculty members, bridging the gap between educational innovation, institutional goals, and student success. You are the academic authority in a room full of educators, administrators, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Program Ownership

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic programs. Ensure curriculum excellence, accreditation alignment, and measurable learning outcomes across all educational offerings.

Faculty Leadership

Mentor department heads, faculty leaders, and curriculum specialists. Conduct academic reviews and establish a culture of teaching excellence and professional development.

Curriculum Innovation

Drive academic modernization by integrating emerging teaching methodologies, digital learning strategies, and student-centered educational frameworks.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure all academic programs meet institutional policies, regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and educational benchmarks.

Stakeholder Management

Present academic strategies, performance reports, and program development initiatives to executive leadership, academic boards, and institutional partners. You can explain not only what students need to learn—but why it prepares them for long-term success.

What We Are Looking For?

Experience

8+ years in academic leadership, curriculum development, educational administration, or institutional management, with at least 3+ years in senior academic leadership roles.

Qualifications

Advanced academic credentials such as a Master’s degree, Doctor of Philosophy, or equivalent educational leadership qualifications are highly preferred.

Leadership Skills

Strong experience leading academic teams, developing institutional strategies, managing faculty performance, and improving student outcomes.

Communication Skills

Fluent English is required for academic documentation, leadership presentations, and international educational partnerships. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
