Goerli Ethereum Digital Infrastructure & Blockchain Solutions Saudi Arabia is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Senior Director of Enterprise Growth Programs to lead strategic growth initiatives, business expansion programs, partnership development, and enterprise engagement efforts across our digital infrastructure and blockchain solutions organization.

What you'll do:

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise growth strategies and business expansion programs.
• Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth objectives with organizational goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and account growth initiatives.
• Monitor business performance metrics, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Support go-to-market strategies, business development efforts, and partnership programs.
• Develop growth frameworks, operational plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional projects that support organizational scalability and market expansion.
• Prepare executive reports, growth analyses, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• Experience in business development, enterprise growth, strategic partnerships, account management, technology services, consulting, financial services, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and execute business growth and expansion strategies.
• Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Pay: ﷼38,000.00 - ﷼62,000.00 per month
