Senior Director of Global Trade & Logistics

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Global Trade & Logistics to lead and optimize our international supply chain operations. What you'll do:

• Lead global trade and logistics strategy across multiple regions
• Oversee international shipping, freight, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and import/export laws
• Optimize supply chain performance, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines
• Manage relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and key partners
• Drive process improvements, digital transformation, and automation in logistics operations
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to align business goals
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement performance improvement initiatives
• Lead and mentor regional logistics teams and build a high-performing organization
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans for global supply chain disruptions

Requirements:

• Experience in global logistics, supply chain, or trade operations leadership
• Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and trade compliance
• Proven ability to manage large-scale logistics operations or supply chain networks
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with global teams, vendors, and cross-functional departments
• Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-based decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (advanced degree is a plus)
