Salary: $92,000 to $130,000, depending on experience

Founded in 2005, SNN was inspired by Areva D. Martin, Esq., after her son was diagnosed with autism. Our programs continue to address critical needs, reduce delays in diagnosis, provide education and resources, and empower families to advocate for themselves.

Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Director of Human Resources to join our team. This role works closely with an established HR team, including a Director, Assistant Director, and several managers and recruiters, to strengthen talent strategy, employee relations, compliance, and organizational culture.

The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker with creative ideas around recruitment, retention, and employee engagement. You should have a passion for fostering a harmonious, inclusive work environment where individuals thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop HR strategy across the organization
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, and organizational culture initiatives
• Collaborate with HR leadership to enhance recruitment, retention, and engagement
• Promote an inclusive, equitable, and supportive workplace

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in organizational behavior, management, or related field preferred
• Strong professional references
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
