Launched in 2025, the brand redefines fan apparel by blending high-fashion silhouettes with sports teams’ identities, creating versatile, elevated pieces that transcend the stadium and resonate with culture-driven consumers.
Role Overview
The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the global marketing vision and execution for Off Season, driving brand awareness, cultural relevance, and consumer engagement across all channels. This leader will be instrumental in scaling a fast-emerging brand, shaping its voice at the intersection of fashion, sport, and popular culture, and building a loyal community of fans and fashion-forward consumers.
The role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can balance storytelling, data-driven growth, and cultural resonance — with proven experience in fashion, lifestyle, or sports branding. As part of a start-up brand, the Senior Director of Marketing will be expected to play a role in all marketing activations, providing the opportunity to make a maximal impact.
