Off Season is a luxury sports-fashion brand founded by designer Kristin Juszczyk in partnership with Emma Grede and Fanatics. Launched in 2025, the brand redefines fan apparel by blending high-fashion silhouettes with sports teams’ identities, creating versatile, elevated pieces that transcend the stadium and resonate with culture-driven consumers.

Role Overview

The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the global marketing vision and execution for Off Season, driving brand awareness, cultural relevance, and consumer engagement across all channels. This leader will be instrumental in scaling a fast-emerging brand, shaping its voice at the intersection of fashion, sport, and popular culture, and building a loyal community of fans and fashion-forward consumers.

The role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can balance storytelling, data-driven growth, and cultural resonance — with proven experience in fashion, lifestyle, or sports branding. As part of a start-up brand, the Senior Director of Marketing will be expected to play a role in all marketing activations, providing the opportunity to make a maximal impact.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership

  • Define and evolve Off Season’s marketing vision, brand positioning, and creative direction in partnership with founders.
  • Establish a cohesive global brand identity that bridges fashion credibility and sports authenticity.

Campaigns & Storytelling

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns for product drops, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Deliver breakthrough seasonal storytelling that resonates with fans, athletes, and cultural icons and captures peak cultural/sports relevance.
  • Collaborate with Chief Creative Officer and Creative/Art Director on brand direction and execution of all photo shoots and other content (e.g., stylist selection, model selection, etc.)
  • Partner with PR, influencers, and media to secure high-impact coverage.

Digital & Community Growth

  • Drive digital-first strategies across social media, influencer marketing, CRM, and paid performance.
  • Build an authentic brand community by engaging fans, athletes, celebrities, and cultural leaders.
  • Oversee influencer and ambassador programs to expand reach and brand advocacy.
  • Develop and oversee Content Manager in execution of social marketing calendar.

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Develop innovative partnerships with athletes, teams, and cultural figures.
  • Collaborate with the NFL/Fanatics and external partners to maximize visibility and distribution.

Team & Leadership

  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, PR, and creative.
  • Foster collaboration with product, design, and sales to ensure aligned go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or sports brands.
  • Deep understanding of brand-building at the intersection of fashion, sport, and culture.
  • Strong digital acumen — including social strategy, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and CRM.
  • Exceptional creative instincts paired with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Global perspective with ability to scale brand presence across multiple markets.
