Senior Director of Wellness Programs

Job Summary:

Bella Derm Advanced Healthcare, Wellness & Aesthetic Services Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director of Wellness Programs to lead the strategy, development, and execution of wellness initiatives that enhance client experiences, promote healthy lifestyles, and support organizational growth.

This executive leadership role offers an exceptional opportunity to oversee wellness services, preventive health programs, client engagement initiatives, and service excellence strategies within a growing healthcare, wellness, and aesthetic services organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping innovative wellness offerings while driving operational performance and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and management of wellness programs and lifestyle initiatives.
• Develop strategies that enhance client engagement, wellness outcomes, and service quality.
• Oversee wellness operations, program performance, and customer experience initiatives.
• Collaborate with healthcare, wellness, and business teams to support organizational objectives.
• Monitor program effectiveness, client satisfaction, and operational performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancement, innovation, and business growth.
• Support the development of educational workshops, wellness campaigns, and community engagement activities.
• Manage budgets, resources, partnerships, and program improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and service requirements.
• Prepare executive reports, performance analyses, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• Experience in wellness services, healthcare administration, program management, customer experience, health promotion, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ﷼32,000.00 - ﷼52,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
