What'll You'll Do
The Senior Director, Strategic Accounts will take on a central role in ensuring the successful monetization of SSP publisher clients and maximizing the utilization of Nexxen SSP’s product offering. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting quarterly revenue goals, as well as driving growth efforts from Nexxen’s publisher products and solutions.
Manage, develop and oversee a team of publisher account managers, driving growth in their account bases as well as a base of your own.
Drive team’s in-market activities. Meeting with publisher contacts, attending industry conferences and increasing Nexxen SSP’s presence overall.
Develop Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate Nexxen SSP’s value to clients and uncover growth opportunities. Work with team to deliver QBRs in person and remotely.
Working closely with the entire Nexxen organization to connect the dots between the demand side and the revenue potential on the supply side, driving the growth of existing business.
Troubleshoot issues as part of a broader team of sales, technical, product, and operational leads.
Educating both internal teams and clients on our various products and publishers on the supply side.
Actively striving to understand the technical aspects of our industry, including ad servers and different integration types such as Prebid, and identifying opportunities in this space.
Embracing a flexible approach to meet role requirements, and always willing to collaborate and support colleagues to achieve our ambitious goals.
What Will I Bring?
Solid understanding of programmatic advertising, including multiple formats such as mobile, display audio and video, particularly with omnichannel publishers, saleshouses, technology providers and resellers.
Extensive experience in developing customer partnerships, especially with high-value enterprise customers.
Solid record of meeting quarterly revenue goals.
Experience taking ownership of project management cycle, seeing the work through, and communicating directly with a variety of internal and external customers to offer support and solve problems via a variety of mediums (e.g., phone, face to face, email).
Demonstrated ability to explain technical terms to non-technical people.
Analytical mindset looking to improve auction mechanics (i.e., win rate, bid rate, etc.) through trial and collaboration with Nexxen DSP and product teams.
12+ years experience in publisher ad tech account management.
A skilled negotiator with a keen interest in closing deals and working with publishers.
Aan inner drive and hustle to open new doors and opportunities.
Analytical, able to solve problems, articulate solutions, and analyze and report upon data.
Able to prepare , collateral and present value proposition to key publishers.
Experience as a people manager working with teams of 3 or more account managers

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
