We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and performance-driven Senior Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role serves as a critical link between our field technicians and office operations, ensuring the right technician is assigned to the right call at the right time.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, communicates effectively under pressure, and takes ownership of operational results. You will play a direct role in supporting revenue growth, technician productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.

Manage a live dispatch board with urgency, accuracy, and efficiency

Prioritize and route calls based on technician skillset, geography, customer needs, and business priorities

Ensure proper technician-to-call assignments across all trades

Conduct same-day reviews of $0 calls and identify coaching opportunities

Facilitate daily dispatch huddles that promote accountability and engagement

Support operational KPIs through accurate reporting and board management

Foster a positive, high-energy environment for field and office teams

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software

Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services industries
