About the Role

We're building a multi-tenant enterprise B2B SaaS ordering platform.

Field engineers across multiple companies search, compare, and order items from multiple factories through one interface.

We're looking for a Senior Django Engineer who has built multi-tenant SaaS applications in production. Not tutorials. Real apps with real tenants and real users. You'll own the Django architecture and implementation. Design it, build it, deploy it.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement multi-tenant architecture (row-level tenancy, middleware, scoped querysets)
• Integrate WorkOS for enterprise authentication (SSO, SCIM, per-tenant auth)
• Build the factory adapter layer for multiple third-party APIs
• Design database schema (PostgreSQL - tenants, users, suppliers, products, orders)
• Code review PRs and mentor two developers new to Django
• Set up CI/CD and deployment (AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions)
• Write code daily. This is a hands-on role.

What We're Looking For

Multi-tenant production experience

You've built at least one multi-tenant SaaS in production. You understand tenant isolation, data leakage risks, and can explain trade-offs between different multi-tenancy approaches.

Systems thinker who builds

You design the architecture AND implement it. You think about edge cases before they happen. You ask "why" and propose better approaches when requirements don't make sense.

Clear communicator

Fluent English. You explain technical decisions clearly. You ask good questions when requirements are unclear.

Hands-on and autonomous

You ship end-to-end. Unfamiliar technology? You figure it out. You don't wait to be unblocked.

Technical Environment

• Backend: Node.js / TypeScript
• Frontend: React (Vite) + Tailwind UI
• Database: PostgreSQL (AWS RDS)
• Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions
• Integrations: WorkOS (AuthKit, SCIM, SSO)

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
