Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Doctor / Team Lead to manage and mentor a large team of doctors across multiple clinics. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise along with proven leadership, revenue optimization, and training capabilities. This role will play a key part in increasing Medicine value (high ticket size), driving clinic revenue, conducting medical camps, and ensuring clinical excellence across locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage a large team of doctors across multiple clinic locations.
- Provide clinical supervision, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
- Conduct regular case reviews and treatment audits.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and treatment protocols.
- Build a performance-driven, patient-centric culture.
2. Revenue Growth & Ticket Size Optimization
- Train doctors on consultation techniques to improve case conversion.
- Guide team in recommending comprehensive treatment plans.
- Develop strategies to increase average ticket size per patient ethically.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue KPIs.
- Work closely with operations and sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
3. Training & Development
- Conduct regular training sessions (clinical + communication + sales orientation).
- Develop standardized treatment protocols and consultation frameworks.
- Train new doctors during onboarding.
- Organize workshops and skill enhancement programs.
4. Camp & Outreach Management
- Plan and supervise medical camps across regions.
- Guide doctors on patient engagement and conversion during camps.
- Ensure effective follow-ups and revenue generation from camps.
- Support clinic launch strategy in new locations.
5. Strategy & Expansion Support
- Support Pan India clinic expansion strategy.
- Identify gaps in doctor performance and recommend improvements.
- Provide insights on product positioning and treatment packages.
- Assist management in scaling high-value services.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Proven track record of handling large teams (10–50+ doctors).
- Experience in revenue generation and high-ticket treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
- Strong analytical and performance monitoring abilities.
- Experience in organizing medical camps and outreach programs.
- Ability to travel across India.
Eligibility Criteria
- BAMS / MD (Ayurveda) / BUMS / MD (Unani) or equivalent.
- 8+ years of clinical experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years in leadership or team handling role.
- Experience in multi-clinic or chain healthcare setup preferred.
