Senior Drafter

The Senior Draftsperson will be responsible for producing high-quality detailed drawings and coordinated layouts for Danube Properties’ projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in architectural and interior drawings, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate design concepts into precise construction-ready documentation. The candidate must ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards while collaborating closely with the Interior Design, Architectural, and Projects teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery drawings, and comprehensive layout plans.
• Develop precise sections, elevations, details, and coordination drawings based on design intent.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and technical compliance.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution on-site.
• Maintain drawing standards, layers, and documentation control.
• Support design teams by providing technical input and improvements where required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Draftsperson in real estate, interior design, or construction.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of materials, joinery, and layouts.
• Ability to work under tight timelines while maintaining high accuracy.
