Senior Draftsman – Architecture, MEP & Structural (USA Clients)

Webblications LLC is looking for a skilled Architecture, MEP & Structural Draftsman to join our team. The role involves preparing detailed drawings and plans for US-based clients, ensuring full compliance with applicable state and local building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural and interior drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, details)
• Develop permit-ready drawings according to US state regulations
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and project managers
• Revise drawings based on client and reviewer feedback
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and code compliance in all deliverables

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in architectural or interior drafting
• Strong knowledge of US building codes and permitting standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar drafting software
• Ability to understand and implement client requirements accurately
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Skills (Plus):

• Experience working with US residential or commercial projects
• Familiarity with zoning, permit submittals, and construction documents
