• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data warehousing and analytics, with ownership of cloud-native architectures on BigQuery or similar platforms, including legacy system migration (e.g., Vertica).
• Strong experince Data Warehousing concepts, semantic layers and new modeling concepts also once experienced migration projects.
• Strong expertise in modern data architecture patterns, including ELT, analytics engineering, and scalable, cost-efficient cloud data modeling
• Proven architectural leadership in BigQuery, covering data modeling, performance optimization, and cost governance.
• Advanced experience with Dataform for transformation layer design and CI/CD-driven analytics development.
• Solid understanding of cloud data governance, security, and data quality standards .
• Strong interest and hands-on awareness in AI/ML, including prompt and context engineering principles, with a proactive approach to following emerging research, best practices, and adopting new technologies into cloud-native data architectures
• Experience with Phyton
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Warehouse (DWH) Architect with expertise on enhancement Data Warehouse Modelling , DWH-Pipelines structure, SQL Tuning and Data Quality management and to join our team for an enterprise-level Data Warehouse (DWH) project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with BigQuery and Data Warehousing concepts.. This role will involve ensuring high-quality data integration, processing, and tracking data lineage within large-scale DWH solution

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, evolution, and governance of cloud-native data warehouse architectures, primarily on BigQuery, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency
• Architect and govern the transformation layer using Dataform, including modular model design, dependency management, testing strategies, and CI/CD-enabled deployments
• Design data platforms that are AI/ML-ready, supporting feature engineering, analytical datasets, and AI-driven use cases through modern data architectures
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guiding teams on architectural decisions, code quality, and modern data development practices
• Define and maintain enterprise data modeling standards, including semantic layers, modern ELT-based modeling approaches, and analytics engineering best practices
• Drive and oversee legacy-to-cloud migration initiatives (e.g., Vertica to BigQuery), ensuring data consistency, performance optimization, and minimal business disruption
• Establish and enforce data governance, security, and data quality frameworks, covering access control, data validation, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and future-proof data solutions
• Apply and promote prompt and context engineering principles to enable effective use of generative AI within analytics, data discovery, and decision-support workflows
• Contribute hands-on where needed using SQL and Python, especially in architectural validation, prototyping, and performance-critical components

Preferred Skills

• Hands on experience of cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform) and their data services (e.g., BigQuery, DataFlow, DataForm).
• Experience Data Warehouse migration projects and Data Warehouse modelling.
• Strong experience in cloud-native data warehouse modeling on BigQuery, with solid knowledge of dimensional modeling, denormalized models, and modern analytics engineering approaches.
• Expertise in BigQuery-specific optimization techniques, such as partitioning, clustering, table design strategies, and cost-efficient query patterns.
• Experience building and maintaining semantic layers and curated analytical datasets for BI and advanced analytics use cases.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
