An E-commerce Specialist manages and optimizes a company's online sales channels, with key responsibilities including creating and updating product listings, executing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing sales data to improve performance and customer experience. They focus on strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and manage the online storefront, which often involves work on website content, SEO, promotions, and managing third-party marketplaces like Amazon. Core responsibilities

  • Platform management: Oversee and optimize the e-commerce platform and online storefronts.
  • Content and listings: Create, edit, and maintain product listings, including product descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Digital marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor website performance and user behavior, analyze sales data, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conversion optimization: Conduct A/B testing and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Inventory and promotions: Ensure accurate inventory management and coordinate with other teams on promotions and campaigns.
  • Customer experience: Work with customer service to address issues and improve the overall user experience.
  • Third-party marketplaces: Manage online sales on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay, if applicable.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
