Senior E-Commerce Executive (Female)

Job Description:

• Coordinate calls with clients and vendors to ensure seamless communication and follow-ups.
• Manage and update product listings and inventory on Shopify and WordPress.
• Perform data management and analysis using Excel to track sales, orders, and customer data.
• Handle social media accounts, create and schedule posts to engage with the audience.
• Create basic designs for marketing materials using Canva.
• Assist with promotional campaigns and ensure product pages are optimized for SEO.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background – Any Graduate.

Skillset:

• 3 to 4 year experience in e-commerce, website management, or social media marketing.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
• Experience with Shopify and WordPress.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Basic design skills using Canva.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
