Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns on Amazon
• Support in maintaining TCoS and ACoS targets as defined by the team
• Update and manage product listings (titles, images, keywords, pricing)
• Track daily sales, ad spend, and basic performance metrics
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and listing updates
• Handle basic Seller Central tasks such as inventory checks, pricing updates, and offers
• Support junior executives in campaign analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon/Ecomm/D2C operations (Seller Central/FBA)
• Proven experience in leading a team of 5 or more people
• Strong knowledge of Amazon’s platform, policies, seller tools, and optimization strategies
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and Amazon FBA
• Proficiency in listing optimization, keyword research, and Amazon SEO
• Experience scaling Amazon businesses or managing large/high-volume accounts
