About the Role:

As our business continues to grow across ecommerce and retail operations, we are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Operations Manager (m/f/d) to lead and optimize our digital commerce execution. This is a strategic leadership role where you will oversee day-to-day ecommerce performance, improve operational workflows, and ensure customers receive a seamless buying experience from order placement to fulfillment. You will work cross-functionally with commercial, logistics, customer service, and technology teams to build scalable systems that support growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Operations Management:
Oversee daily ecommerce activities including order processing, inventory coordination, fulfillment performance, and customer journey optimization.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement strategies to improve conversion, operational efficiency, customer retention, and service delivery.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop operational staff while fostering accountability, collaboration, and a performance-focused culture.
Cross Functional Coordination:
Partner with logistics, commercial, finance, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions, stock availability, and service delivery standards.
Process Improvement:
Evaluate operational bottlenecks and implement scalable workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience across ecommerce channels.
Stakeholder Management:
Present business updates, operational insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, retail operations, supply chain, or business operations, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership position.
Leadership Skills:
Demonstrated experience managing teams, improving operational performance, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Analytical Thinking:
Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, operational reporting, inventory coordination, and process optimization.
Technical Knowledge:
Comfortable working with ecommerce systems, ERP tools, reporting dashboards, and performance tracking platforms.
Communication Skills:
Strong English communication skills are required. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage for regional coordination.
Mindset:
You are proactive, results-oriented, and able to balance strategic priorities with operational execution in a fast-paced business environment.
Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR22,000.00 per month
