Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 (commensurate with experience)

What does this job look like daily?

  • Oversee daily EDI operations, provide first-level customer support, and ensure smooth system performance.
  • Develop and manage EDI implementation schedules, partner testing, and documentation to guarantee timely execution.
  • Analyze trading partner requirements, configure applications, and maintain EDI translation, communication, and dispatch software.
  • Train internal teams on EDI processes, deliver ongoing support, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, including VAN/AS2 connectivity, while managing vendor relationships and trading partner agreements.
  • participate in initiatives such as system design, invoice reconciliation, cost reduction strategies, and participation in ATA/DISA standards development

What do you need to do this job?

  • Experience: 5+ years of EDI experience
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in EDI standards, transaction sets (e.g., 204, 214, 856), and mapping tools like Gentran and B2B Integrator.
    • Experience with EDI communication methods, including VANs, FTP, AS2, and certificate management.
    • Strong understanding of financial EDI, programming concepts, and trucking operations software.
    • Technical skills in PC setup, network operations, and communication resources.
  • Project Management Skills: Able to handle deadlines and deliver projects efficiently.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus!).

About the Role

This role is office-based, with regular working hours that may include earlier or later meetings to accommodate different schedules. The salary grade for this position ranges from $85,764.30 - $125,113.70 annually. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted pay range for this role is $95,000.00 - $115,000.00.
