The Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Education Counsellor to join our Karachi team. You will guide students in selecting suitable study destinations, manage their application process, and play a key role in achieving enrolment targets.

The role involves active student counselling, timely follow-ups, maintaining strong institutional relationships, and participating in outreach and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Offer accurate and ethical counselling on international study options.

· Manage complete admission processes including course selection, documentation, GTE preparation, and visa applications.

· Conduct regular follow-up calls and emails to engage prospective students.

· Keep student records updated in the CRM system.

· Collaborate with partner institutions and internal teams to ensure smooth admissions.

· Represent OEVS at webinars, education fairs, and school visits.

· Provide support for pre-departure and post-arrival student sessions.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Business, or related field).

· 1–2 years of experience in education counselling or student recruitment.

· Knowledge of the Australian education and visa systems is essential.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
